A lot of people ask me about how I keep the colour of my hair so vibrant and I put it down to the Advance Techniques Colour Protection shampoo and conditioner from Avon.  It definitely makes a difference to how long my hair colour stays fresh.  I normally use the Avon hair colour too but this colour I had done in Egypt whilst I was on holiday there a couple of weeks ago.

P.s Just a quick note on why its Va Va Vroom Friday.  I lost my car keys today whilst having a walk along Boscombe promenade :(.  So if you find some keys down there just let me know :).
